Rachel joined the TalentQuest team in 1994. As chief relationship officer, she embraces all aspects of the client relationship continuum, with an acute focus on fostering close, service-directed client partnerships. Through her work, Rachel helps organizations incorporate best practices into their talent strategies and their implementation of a fully aligned and integrated software solution. Rachel and her team of client managers garner frequent feedback to assess service levels and ensure high client satisfaction. Although everyone at TalentQuest is inherently committed to client service, Rachel serves as the firm’s chief client advocate, ensuring that everyone works to support and foster our clients’ growth.
Rachel has spent the past fifteen years supporting TalentQuest’s growth and evolution and expanding the product offerings. Prior to joining TalentQuest, she worked as an independent consultant helping organizations develop their human resources functions. Rachel leverages this background in human resources, business and consulting as she works with TalentQuest clients.
Rachel earned Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from Vassar College, and a Master of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in human resources from Georgia State University.
Rachel is actively involved with her children’s school as well as her synagogue and the women’s shelter. She and her husband Larry live in Decatur, Ga. with their two children.
