Leroy Smith, Jr. has more than 35 years of expertise in the financial services industry and 10 years as an entrepreneur and consultant to small businesses and financial institutions. His career began with Bank of America and continued with its predecessors, where he worked in bank operations, receivables management, and specialized lending and factoring. Later, Leroy served as senior vice president for domestic and international credit.

Over the last 7 years, Leroy has focused primarily on establishing financial platforms to facilitate global trade, managing exports and imports throughout the supply-chain network.  His expertise involved helping suppliers obtain working capital, and their customers to obtain trade credit lines, while mitigating risk throughout the supply chain.

Leroy holds a Bachelors degree from Morris Brown College, a JD degree from John Marshall Law School, and a Management Certificate from Georgia Institute Of Technology School Of Management.
